What They Say
My Mom has been there for almost 3 months now. You are greeted by a smiling face(s) when you walk through the doors and throughout the facility. I hear happy conversation from the patients as I walk through the hallways which makes me feel good. The staff seem to genuinely care and I feel that they have the best interests of their patients at heart. We recently moved my Mom here from a nursing home that was a true nightmare.
Around the clock respiratory therapy (Coby,Jeff, Ms.Tonya and Feta) were all awesome. The nursing staff were great(Keisha,Sandusky, Adrian,Audrese Frances). The nurses and respiratory staff who educated me were instrumental in his successful discharge, with services set up for respiratory/ventilator and feeding tube supplies and the skill to address those needs ourselves. The experience was not anywhere near the other horror stories.
